1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dumpster.cash ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

dumpster.cash is a decentralized token launchpad built on the Gorbagana blockchain. The Platform allows users to create tokens, trade tokens on bonding curves, and participate in token migrations to automated market makers (AMMs). The Platform operates through smart contracts deployed on-chain.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Token prices are volatile and can go to zero. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Do your own research before buying or selling any token.

5. Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Token prices may fluctuate significantly and you may lose your entire investment.
• Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities despite auditing efforts.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible - once confirmed, they cannot be undone.
• Tokens created on the Platform are user-generated and not endorsed, vetted, or guaranteed by dumpster.cash.
• Regulatory changes may affect the availability or legality of the Platform in your jurisdiction.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Create tokens that infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to manipulate markets through wash trading, spoofing, or other deceptive practices.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the Platform or its smart contracts.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, code, and branding are proprietary. Users retain ownership of content they create (token names, images, descriptions) but grant dumpster.cash a license to display this content on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dumpster.cash and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or funds, arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
